Client side scripting
• Program that execute on client side ,by the web browser instead of server side
• Upon request, the necessary files are sent to the user's computer by the web server on which they reside.

Features
• Client-side scripts are often embedded within an HTML or XHTML document or external file
• users may be able to see its source code
List of Client-Side Scripting Languages
• JavaScript• ActionScript• Dart• VBScript• Typescript
Server side script
• Script that executes on server
advantages
• It does not require the user to download plug-in like Java or Flash (client-side scripting).
• Load times are generally faster than client-side scripting.
• Your scripts are hidden from view. Users only see the HTML output, even when they view the source.
