Catch Basins and Sump Pump Maintanance



A vac truck/pumper truck carries a holding tank for the purposes of pumping liquids or solids into and out of the tanks. Once the waste water and debris is collected, it will be removed and disposed of according to regulatory guidelines.

Our vac trucks are specifically designed to be low enough to fit inside any underground parkade to access all catch basins, storm & sanitary sump pumps, interceptors, trench ditches, oil/water separators, elevator sump pumps & pits.

It is important to regularly schedule for the Vac Truck Service. The purpose is to maintain these mechanical devices to extend its life and efficiency. If these mechanical devices are not properly maintained and cleaned on a recommended regular basis, then it is more likely for water saturation and flooding to occur in your building.

Hydro Jetting (Vertical and Horizontal Lines)

Over time, vertical and horizontal drainage pipesvertical can become clogged with various solid blockages such as leaves, hair, grease, foreign objects, etc. There is also a natural thickening of the pipes inside known as scaling, which can cause further issues. Hydro jetting uses streams of water ejected from a hose at forces up to 3,000 psi. This will remove the scale and any blockages in the drainage system. This highly pressurized water is a proven and effective technique for the elimination of build up and scale. Furthermore, as part of our commitment to the environment, we do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents that could cause stripping or pitting of the pipes.

Regular maintenance of the drainage pipes will keep them clean and cleared out to allow for proper water flow. It will also prevent clogged pipes from backing up the plumbing system, which can cause pipes to burst, resulting in flooding.



Line Painting: We are utilize the best of high-quality paint, commercial grade line painting machines, and experienced staff who will get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Our services include, and are not limited to, line removal and repainting, stenciling, centre and safety lines, aisle marking, directional arrows, layout planning (complete or partial), curb painting and repair.

Line painting will make the appearance of your parking lot/parkade look fresh and clean. It will clearly indicate to customers and tenants where the entrances and exits are, where to drive through, and where to park. Pedestrian cross walks and parking stalls would be more visible, making your parking lot/parkade a safer place to park.

Snow Removal: To prevent safety hazards and the slow down of your regular day-to-day activities, snow and ice should be removed from your property promptly.
