Hello there….I just thought I’d drop you a linecommending your products. The 6,5,4 and 3 mm drill bitswork a treat on my stainless steel cycle rack. Initially Iran the drills too fast and I didn’t use enough pressurewhich resulted in poor performance, particularly on thelarger drill sizes. I quickly learned that slowing the drilldown and increasing drill pressure whilst ensuringenough cutting grease had been applied enhanced thedrilling performance immensely. It used to frighten mewhen drilling stainless steel. NOT ANY MORE! Well doneyour Company!

I still haven’t had the time to use themfor their actual intended purpose – drilling out exhaustmanifold studs, but I did try them out on a couple of boltsto see how they did and was very impressed! DRILLING 10MM STAINLESS STEEL

I'd been having trouble drilling stainless steel, even withthe "best" bits from the local hardware store. On anInternet recommendation, I tried these. With a dab ofcutting paste, these drills will go through stainless theway most drills cut through soft metal, and cost muchless than those I was getting from the hardware store.

CUTTING PASTE HELPS DRILLING

Upon testing this product with various drill sizes intohardened angle iron steel. It worked GREAT - keep inmind when drilling into metal - DRILL SPEED can be yourenemy. Fast will burn the bit out even with the cuttinglubricant. Slow and Constant will get a clean and nicehole each and every time without blowing a bit for noreason. This is a nice find and addition to my tool bench

Just to let everyone know these drill bits a BRILLIANT,it is the first time I have ever worked with metal andwas using titanium bits, managed 3 holes with 3 drillbits. Then I ordered ttp bits and were like a hot knifethrough butter. I was drilling 1cm hard steel and the jobwas so easy. Highly recomended. Don`t buy expensiveimmitations.

DRILLING 6.8MM THICKSTAINLESS STEEL

These do the job. Out of the package their only goodfor about 15-20 holes, when drilling through 6.8mmthick stainless steel, that's using cutting lube too.After that they have to be sharpened. After re-sharpeningthey usually are good for an additional 10-15 holesbefore having to re-sharpen again. Would buy themagain.

I've been at this a long time and I have never seen bitsthis good. On my test, they breezed through gr 8 bolton the press with cut oil. When I tested with the cord drill,I found that you could break the bit if you werentperfectly square. On the car with the broken exhauststud, it was fantastic, they bite like crazy. I’m going togive them as gifts to my wrenching friends.
