Jeff’s Body CleaningThis information will help me know what to buy for my body cleaning.

My mind has lost some names and nouns but not how and when I should do so many things. This will make sure that I do the correct things, but the main thing is it will help me remember the names of what I need to buy for my body cleaning.

Every morning and every evening I brush my teeth with my favorite toothpaste, Mentadent. Every now and then, I brush after I eat something that sticks in my teeth.

to help keep my breath smelling good.

I use Colgate Dental Floss as a string to clean in between my teeth. Using a tongue scraper really keeps my breath much fresher.

These two units are great to protect your face. Sun block goes on your face to protect from getting a sunburn. The Aloe is after you’ve been in the sun and heals your face.

Neutrogena Shampoo Nice’n Easy ConditionerClick

Neutrogena, my favorite Shampoo, is the first thing I use on my hair in the shower. Only occasionally, after I wash and rinse my hair, I spread Nice’n Easy Conditioner on my hair. After I shave and finish washing, I rinse my hair with water to clean it out.

Of course after I wash my hair I need to comb it.

Speed Stick – Aloe (also after the sun)

After I am showered and dried, I use Speed Stick Deodorant under my arms and Aloe on my face.

I also use Oust and Clean Shower. Oust helps eliminate bathroom smells and Clean Shower is sprayed on the shower walls to keep them clean.
