Newsletter

New addition to the Cleves Family We are proud to announce that in Reception we are now the proud

parents of six ducklings who hatched this week—Our young ducklings

are doing well and are very noisy. The Reception children are very

excited by their new additions to the class!

World Music Day Cleves celebrated World Music Day this afternoon with a special

whole school performance. Thank you to all who came to watch our

performance ,we had such a great turn out from everybody.

Well done to all the children who performed so well!

Commando Survival Workshop The Commando survival workshop was a lot of fun. I learnt

a lot about teamwork. We had lots of fun doing all the

activities, from team races, learning how to make a fire

and the inflatable obstacle course.

Friends of Cleves would like to invite you to the Cleves Open Air Concert and Fair

at Cleves Primary School on Saturday 6th July

from 12-4pm! Food stalls, J.C Pets, Echo Bands, Choir surprise guests, face

painting, bouncy castle and lots more ! We hope to see you all there

Year One Home Learning Project

Year 1 children worked to create habitat's for a range of

different animals, this was linked with their Science topic last

term.

Nursery visit Green Street Library As part of our focus to develop early reading skills, Nursery children visited

Green Street Library. They enjoyed sharing stories with the librarian, staff and parents that were present.
