Since October 2011, the Public Auditorium has undergone extensive renovations to restore some of the historic architecture and to meet the current needs of event planners. That includes updates to the Grand Reception Hall, which now holds up to 700 people.

Performing Arts & Flexible Exhibit AreasBuilt in the grand opera tradition, the multifaceted facility offers the 10,000-seat Auditorium, 3,000-seat Music Hall and 600-seat Little Theatre. The venues are rich with history, having played host to the Beatles and Frank Sinatra, as well as national political conventions. It recently hosted the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in 2009 and 2012.

The exhibition facilities accommodates up to 150 exhibits with 29,700 square feet of exhibit space and the option to divide that space in four. The auditorium lobby can be used for event registration and 13 meeting rooms can hold between 10 and 700 people. Power equipment and Wi-Fi access can be supplied. Food service has the capacity to serve up to 2,000 people, from banquet to buffet.

Downtown Location Its location in Cleveland’s downtown business district is adjacent to the new Cleveland Convention Center and convenient to hotels, restaurants, public transportation and 5,600 parking spaces.
