Ryan StringfellowRyan earned his B.S. in Building Science from the University of Florida before earning his J.D./MBA. Prior to teaming with TroyStackhouse, Ryan practiced law, representing clients in various business, construction, real estate, zoning, governmental,association and development matters and disputes on projects of all sizes. He also worked in the legal department for TransCore,which provides Tolling and ITS solutions complex and challenging transportation projects across the globe.

Alex StringfellowBorn and raised in Central Florida, Alex has spent his lifetime watching Florida grow. After receiving his Master’s in Urban Planningfrom Rollin's College, Alex has managed dozens of economic development projects, rewritten land developmentcodes, incubated local startups into brick-and-mortar stores and managed public infrastructure contracts with a budget of over$2M. Alex holds his real estate license in Florida and serves as a liaison to the Development Advisory Board of Orange County.

Troy StackhouseTroy graduated from Ball State University in 2005 with a BS in Construction Management. After moving to Nashville in 2008, hespent 5 years as an independent commercial property adjuster. During this time, he gained invaluable insight into constructioncosting and negotiations. After successfully flipping a few properties on the side, Troy made the decision to transition intodevelopment and construction full-time. As President of Urban Core Homes, Troy has developed over 100 residential units in andaround Nashville since 2012. His current development projects include single family, multi-family, retail, and office spaces. Hisexperience lends itself to being an effective liaison between the engineer, architect, builder, and other team members.
