- Test Centers who become part of the Fully Funded option agree: No out of pocket expense for ELIGIBLE military test- takers $20 test administration fee reimbursed after the fact on a monthly basis No gap fee can be charged to make up the difference between the $20 and what you normally charge What is Fully-Funded?
