Some findings of recent Study on Freight Transport Logistics general learnings are that the road transportation sector holds the lowest productivity figures for persons employedThe road transportation holds the smallest enterprises in general. Is this a sustainable business model for the future? Innovation uptake relatively low 40% of road transports are performed with empty runs. Driver shortage is expected to grow in the coming years; ageing society and more complex operations.
