User A

User A has not experienced a problem yet, but if the fan is not addressed soon, her processor will begin to heat up and automatically slow down resulting in a sluggish response.

Help Desk

The Help Desk receives an email indicating that User A’s Blade processor fan has stopped blowing.

To preempt this problem, the help desk contacts User A and informs her that she will be temporarily switched to a spare while the fan issue is resolved.
