hair/carpets, permanent marker, road tar, tree sap, paint and fingernail

polish, grease, pet accidents, ketchup/spaghetti sauce, wine.

neutralize odors. For example: deodorizing garbage cans, eliminating

Carpet Cleaner - Machine Mix

Clean carpets by mixing 1 oz of Tough & Tender and 1 capful of Sol-U-Mel

per gallon on water in your cleaning machine reservoir. (Remember to

check the color fastness of your carpet before using and rinse with water

after cleaning)

Carpet - Spot Remover

Stuff happens! Be prepared and get the toughest spots out of your carpet

with 1 tsp. of Tough & Tender and 1 capful of Sol-U-Mel blended in a 16 oz

spray bottle filled with water. If the spot is greasy, try 1 oz of MelaMagic

with 8 oz of water. For extremely difficult spots, use concentrated PreSpot

and let soak for a couple of hours before rinsing with warm water.

Bug Repellent

Looking for a safe, non-toxic way to keep the bugs away? Combine 1/4 up

of Sol-U-Mel, 5 drops of T36-C5, 1 tsp. of Tough & Tender with 14 oz of

water. The "Ultimate" insect repellent consists of 4 oz of Sol-U-Mel, 4 oz.

of Renew Bath Oil and 5 oz. of Body Satin Hand Creme. Spread on exposed

skin or over entire body.

Laundry Whitener

Save your 96 ounce container of MelaPower and the pump. It works great

for this laundry whitener. 1/2 cup of Diamond Brite Gel, 1/4 cup of Tub &

Tile, 1/4 cup of MelaMagic and 1 1/2 cup of PreSpot. Pour into the 96

ounce container and fill the rest of the way with water. Shake well before

using. Use 2 to 3 pumps of the laundry whitener, in place of bleach, per

load of whites.
