5 Oxo-Degradable Stand up pouch with zipper. :

We are india’s largest stock holder of Oxo-Degradable bags with zipper in different sizes from 28 grams to 1 kgs with coffee beans volume. Our Oxo-Degradable plastic bags is named as ”Bak2earth”. The bags comes with Oxo-Degradable zipperIn ”bak2earth” bags we can fill products like coffee, tea, super foods, protein powders, raw foods, organic food, powders, spices, baking mixes, nuts, flours, organic coffee, organic teas, some jerky products, cookies, snacks, seasonings, chocolates , candies, organic pet food, sugar, salt, popcorn etc...

Standard plastic / foil bags is made with 100% non renewable products and it is not Oxo-Degrad-able. Bak2earth is made with 45 to 60% {by weight} renewable wood pulp starch. Wood pulp starch is completely Oxo-Degradable. Our bags are tested with USA ASTM D-6868 and D-6400 standard and it confirms that 100% of wood pulp starch based portion will be dissolved in healthy compostable in approx 85 days with residential composting environment facility. Balance 55 to 40% {by weight} of packaging is PE from fossil and it contain additive that helps to break-down over approx ten years. Bak2earth when disposed and is removed and placed in the bin, it will have less problem in managing waist compared with standard Plastic PE.

The shelf life of the product packed in Oxo-Degradable bags will not be as good as normal plastic packaging. Please test the life of your product before ordering the bags.Please change to Oxo-Degradable packaging to add value in your packaging.

We can do different effect in paper labels such as matt finish, gloss finish, matt and gloss finish in freezer grade paper labels.

We can print total 3000 pieces where the customer can mix different design and make total 3000 pieces as minimum quantity. We cannot print photography image in plastic labels. We can only print gradient or text matter in plastic labels. If you want to print photo in freezer grade than please go for paper labels.We can use clear transparent plastic material to print the label and we can also use white color plastic material to print plastic label. we can make clear or white labels in gloss finish effect. Matt finish effect or Matt and shiny finish effect is not available in freezer grade plastic labels.

You can make 5 designs x 600 pieces and make it total 3000 pieces but for this we have to use one common block so the foil stamping area should be common in all the labels. If the foil stamping area is different in all the design than we require 3000 labels in each design.

Foil stamping in white plastic Labels :We can do foil stamping in white plastic sticker with 3000 pieces as minimum. You can make 5 designs x 600 pieces and make it total 3000 pieces but for this we have to use one common block so the foil stamping area should be common in all the labels. If the foil stamping area is different in all the design than we require 3000 labels in each design. We cannot do foil stamping in clear plastic labels

Our minimum quantity for custom matt finish paper labels is 500 pieces in total. so you can make 5 designs x 100 pieces and make it total 500 pieces. Matt finish labels looks fantastic. I strongly recommend to make matt finish paper labels.

F. Matt and gloss finish paper labels :Our minimum quantity for custom matt and gloss finish paper labels is 500 pieces in total. so you can make 5 designs x 100 pieces and make it total 500 pieces.

We manufacture paper and plastic labels for hot filling application.

Our minimum quantity of paper labels for hot filling application is 3000 pieces in paper material. We can print total 3000 pieces where the customer can mix different design and make total 3000 pieces as minimum quantity.

We can do different effect in paper labels such as matt finish, gloss finish, matt and gloss finish in paper labels for hot filling application. Maximum temperature for hot filling has to be 80 degree celcius. Our labels cannot work more than 80 degree celcius in hot filling.





Plastic labels for hot filling application :Our minimum quantity for plastic labels for hot filling application is 3000 pieces in plastic material. We can print total 3000 pieces where the customer can mix different design and make total 3000 pieces as minimum quantity. We cannot print photography image in plastic labels. We can only print gradient or text matter in plas-tic labels for hot filling application. If you want to print photo in hot filling grade labels than please go for paper labels hot filling grade.We can use clear transparent plastic material to print the label and we can also use white color plastic material to print plastic label. we can make clear or white labels in gloss finish effect. Matt finish effect or Matt and shiny finish effect is not available in plastic labels hot filling application.

G. Foil stamping on pouches: Our minimum quantity for custom foil stamping on pouches is 500 pieces in each product. We can do foil stamping on plastic pouches and paper pouches. We cannot print very thin text matter in foil stamping. Bar-codes cannot read in foil stamping. We can only do foil stamping on flat surface so we cannot do foil stamping on gussets.

Foil stamping on pouches looks fantastic. I strongly rec-ommend to make foil stamping on pouches so the pouch-es looks fantastic.

After applying hot stamping on pouches we do not require any extra labels to apply in pouches unless customer wants to apply extra labels.
