April 20B-ACTIVE WHILE KEEPING OUR ENVIRONMENT CLEAN
Clean Nova Scotia wants you to join us in Baddeck and Iona, Victoria County, on Saturday, April 20th as part of a two day, province-wide cleanup, Clean Across Nova Scotia, taking place April 19 and 20.
Last year, nearly 8,000 Nova Scotians demonstrated that they share a dream of a clean and beautiful province by participating in the inaugural Clean Across Nova Scotia cleanup, while 14,000 already this year have registered to clean up their neighborhoods and to create a litter free Nova Scotia.
Naturally Active Victoria County has partnered with community leaders, organizations and businesses to offer Two Events in Victoria County on April 20, 2013.
Baddeck-9:30 am to 12 noon-Visitor Information Centre-Includes collecting bags (Provided by Clean NS and our Local Transportation Infrastructure and Renewal Dept.) -Refreshments (Free BBQ sponsored by East Coast Credit Union in Baddeck; Tim Horton's, Baddeck will be there with goodies for all & Baddeck Victoria Co-op has donated water!) -For Further Information, Please Contact for Baddeck Event: Richard Roberts @ 295 1160 or [email protected]
