PAYROLL CALCULATOR

Challenge

Almost all cleaning companies spend days to calculate their payroll as it is the most complex and tedious part of the industry, given the nature of business. As a typical cleaning company will likely have both full-time and part-time cleaners who are paid monthly, per session, per hours; it is extremely hard to tabulate payroll as it requires very detailed administrative work to get the calculations accurate. Issues such as Replacement Cleaners & Unpaid Leaves by cleaners makes Payroll even harder to calculate.

Solution

CIMS uses a complex payroll formula that pools collective data from all modules to derive at the final payroll calculation. All payroll are done instantaneously and requires no human intervention. System calculation are almost at 99.9% accuracy with little chance for miscalculation.
