Technical Manual
The correct cleaning and care of the machine is necessary to guarantee a safe and secure operation. Thermoplan does not take any responsibility in case of problems caused by lacking cleaning and care of the BWone coffee machines.
Care
After the installation of the machine according to this manual the following points have to be complied with by the user:
- Do not put any water on the top of the machine. Operate only in a dry environment.- Never clean the machine, especially the touchscreen, with a wet cloth or sponge.- A minimum of 50 mm of free space around the machine is required for the air circulation.- Avoid agitations and impacts on the machine and its compontents.
Cleaning
The correct cleaning is one of the most important activities to guarantee a secure operation. The surface area - especially the touchscreen - have to be cleaned very carefully. Only use mild cleaning solutions and no harsh cloths and sponges.
- The automatic cleaning with the Thermoplan cleaning tablets has to be done daily like explained in the user manual. - Only use Thermoplan cleaning tablets for the cleaning.- Remove the drip tray and clean it with soap water.
Important: Cloths or sponges must be wrung out thoroughly to ensure they are only damp. Wet towels over control surfaces cause malfunctions! Also there would be a risk for an electric shock.
