IsCommonLE(CLE)supportedbyTIBCOSupportorEngineering?No.CLEisaTIBCOPSGofferingandisnotsupportedbyTIBCOSupportorEngineering.However,sinceCLEisbuiltusingTIBCOstandardTIBCOproducts,youcanstillcontactTIBCOSupportforproductspecificissues.TIBCOConsultantshouldleveragetheCLEcommunityCLEmailinglist,forinformationanddeploymentexperiences.CustomermaywanttoengageTIBCOProfessionalServicesduringtheearlystagetogainknowledgeandaddressdeploymentissues.
2. WhentryingtologinusingtheCLEGUI,Igetwebservicecallfailedmessage,why?Thewebservicecallfailure(HTTPstatuscode12029)couldhappenforcoupleofreasons:
TheCLEBWenginehostingthewebservicesfortheCLEGUIisnotrunning.TheCLEBWengineshouldbestartedinorderfortheGUItowork.
ThehostinformationSettings.xmlisnotconfiguredcorrectly.ThehostinformationshouldbethehostwheretheGUIwebservicesarerunning.
3. WhyamIgettingauthenticationerrorwhentryingtologin?Thisissuecouldbecausedforthefollowingreasons:
TheCLEBWenginemaynotpickuptherightRVjarfilecalledtibrvj.jar(availableinthepath/tibrv/lib/tibrvj.jar)requiredforHawkandEMSinRV7.5andEMS4.xcommunication.InsteadBWsometimespicksthetibnativerv.jarduringimplementation.ThisisaBWissueandtheworkaroundistoincludethetibrvj.jarexplicitlyinthetibco.env.CUSTOM_EXT_PREPEND_CPvariableatthebeginningofthebwengine.trafile.pleaserefertoCLE2007DeploymentGuideformoreinformation.
YoumaynothaveinstalledTIBCO Administrator Security SoftwarepackageifyouareusingTRA5.6.TheDeploymentGuideprovidesdetailinformationabouttherequiredlibrariesandwheretheyshouldbelocated.

Afterconfiguringthenotificationfrequencyinterval,whydoIstillgetmultiplenotificationswithintheconfigurednotificationfrequencyinterval?Thisissueusuallyoccurswhenyouhaveaburstofexceptionsofthesameexceptioncodefortheconfiguration.Inordertoprovideadequateperformance,theexceptionmanagementisimplementedasconcurrentjobs.Assuch,thenotificationdatabasetablemaynotbeupdatedasnotifiedintimeinsuchsituation,thusmultiplenotificationsaresent.
