38 years of producing quality, award-winning, imaginative design. Everything
we do at OliverMcMillan is viewed as an opportunity to mold the unexpected
into an art form. We create memorable destinations and our creations are
a unique blend of glamour, sophistication, charm and intimacy. Our places
activate the senses and deliver an experience that defines the spirit of
contemporary place. The essence of OliverMcMillan and our projects is
reflected in their proprietary proportion and mindful design. By focusing on
the relationship between buildings, people, automobiles and walkways, the
pedestrian experience is balanced with the automotive convenience. Where
the combination of strategy and visual artistry creates memorable experiences,
OliverMcMillan’s philosophy is guided by strategy, market intelligence,
rigorous planning and rational thinking. We partner with shared visionaries
who have the courage, will and creativity to redefine the categories in which
they compete.
CLAYTON LANE
Located in the heart of one of Denver’s most affluent urban communities, Cherry Creek North, Clayton Lane is an award-winning mixed-use development and a sought after retail destination.
Clayton Lane includes more than 182,000 square feet of retail, situated in six separate buildings and underground parking. The retail portion of the development is anchored by Crate & Barrel and Whole Foods Market. OliverMcMillan plans to redevelop the site into a true mixed-use community. The former Sears building, which now sits vacant, will be demolished to make way for a pedestrian-friendly street that runs throughout, offering a new shopping and dining experience with residences above.

CHERRY CREEK
CHERRY CREEK Cherry Creek is an upscale, dynamic pedestrian neighborhood where exquisite luxury townhomes co-exist with charming, tree-
framed bungalows. This self-contained oasis gives residents access to several hundred stores, boutiques, art galleries, salons,
restaurants and cafes, providing endless entertainment opportunities.
Retail in Cherry Creek revolves around the intersection of University Boulevard and 1st Avenue. 1st Avenue separates the two major
retail areas: Cherry Creek Shopping Center, a traditional, enclosed shopping mall; and Cherry Creek North, a 16-square block
shopping district. The combined tenant rosters of these adjacent destinations consist of hundreds of boutiques, high-end fashion
retailers, national tenants and premier dining and entertainment options. This tenant mix creates a luxury shopping experience
that caters to the individuals that reside both within Cherry Creek and the greater Denver area.
The combination of Cherry Creek North and the Cherry Creek Shopping Center make the neighborhood the largest and most varied shopping destination between Chicago and San Francisco.
Only a five minute drive from Downtown Denver, Clayton Lane is a small escape to tree-lined streets and fine dining.
Together, Cherry Creek North and the Cherry Creek Shopping Center generate nearly 5% of Denver’s sales tax revenue on only 0.14% of Denver’s land area.
The upscale CherryCreek neighborhood has 320 independently owned shops, galleries, restaurants, and spas in 16 blocks.
Cherry Creek boasts some of the most desirable real estate in Colorado and ranked third as Denver’s most livable neighborhood.
There was $496M in total retail expenditure within 1 mile of Cherry Creek in 2015.

CHERRY CREEK DEVELOPMENT
CLAYTON LANE
Clayton Lane served as a catalyst for Cherry Creek North when this award winning project
was developed in 2004. Today, it is still the central attraction within Cherry Creek North due
to the exceptional tenant base and location. Additionally, there is an abundance of retail
options within Cherry Creek North and across 1st Avenue at the Cherry Creek Shopping
Center. This concentration of national and local retailers makes Cherry Creek North one of
Denver’s top shopping destinations. The combination of visibility, accessibility and tenant
lineup is unparalleled in the area. Clayton Lane is a unique pedestrian shopping environment
that combines tree lined streets with designer shops and restaurants. In an area known for its
haute couture boutiques, five-star dining and fine art galleries, Clayton Lane has maintained
its position for the past decade as “the place to see and be seen.”
