The intended audience for this Web Server Branding Guide is the nominated administratorsresponsible for the day-to-day management of TIBCO Nimbus.

About the Web Server Branding Guide

The scope of this document is to provide information on branding the TIBCO Nimbus Web Server site.Please note that this guide covers the current TIBCO Nimbus release and does not apply to previousversions of the Web Server.

About TIBCO Nimbus

TIBCO Nimbus is a process management mapping application that allows corporate information to bepresented graphically and hierarchically in the form of maps and diagrams. It provides a simple user-interface that enables any employee within an organization to access information that is relevant andessential to fulfil their role.

Maps are a collection of diagrams created by process authors. A map is initially created as a draftversion until it is promoted to a master. Maps may also comprise a number of scenarios. Accessrights can be assigned to individual users and groups, allowing or preventing access to an entire mapor parts of a map. Continuous improvement to processes is achieved through a number ofcollaboration features. Acknowledgement requests ensure users are aware of process content thataffects their roles. Reviews ensure that content is kept up-to-date. Feedback and change requestsallow users to suggest improvements. Users can also be notified when content changes through theuse of subscriptions.

Statement sets are a hierarchical set of regulatory and auditable statements that ensure complianceto specific business and legal requirements, such as ISO 9000/12001/17799, CMMi, internalcompany policies, etc. Statements can be linked to activities that are related to compliance andgovernance.

Modifying the Main Interface ColorThe main colors of the interface are controlled by multiple variables in a single file. This defines a

number of interface styles.

Note: Modifying variables defined in this document is supported by TIBCO Nimbus Support .

Changing variables outside this document is not supported.

1. Ensure the Web Server is running.

2. Open theme.css in Notepad. This file is found in the following directory:

Installation Directory:\TIBCO Nimbus\Web Server\Main\ui\standard\styles

3. In the window that opens, you have the option to change the background and/or font color of the

following items:

· Page header

· Page footer

· Sidebar (navigation bar) including on the Login page

· Sidebar icon

· Sidebar icon - hover state

· Sidebar active (selected) icon

· Sidebar active (selected) icon - hover state

· Page title icon

· Dialog title including the close icon

· Table header

· Primary button

· Primary button - disabled state

· Primary button - hover state

Note: You can use a hex color code or specify a color. For example, blue.

4. Save and exit theme.css.

Changing the LogoLogos for the following items can all be changed:

· logo-login.png Displayed on the Login page.

· bg.jpg The Login page background, this can also be an image in other formats, however the

name must be bg.jpg.

· logo.png Displayed on the page header.

Note: It is recommended that logos are modified in a graphic editor first to maintain the aspect

ratio.

1. Rename and save any logo files to the following directory. For example, rename it to oldlogo.png.

Installation Directory:\ TIBCO Nimbus\Web Server\Main\ui\standard\image

2. Copy the new logo to the same directory and rename it to logo.png.
