I am fortunate to have studied with the late master artist Jerry Maulson, who learned the art from his grandmother. I am equally fortunate to work with my husband David, who assists me in all the traditional methods of harvesting the wiigob (basswood) and wiigwaasi. We love to be in the woods gathering the bark.
