INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED :l 2 Passport size Photographs in Proper School Uniform to be

submitted to the Class Teacher on 20.04.2020

l Almanac and Rough Copy should be brought to school everyday.

l Children must bring all the copies to Class according to their time table.

l “Student Information” Pages of the Almanac should be duly filled with a Photograph and the same to be submitted to the Class Teacher on 20.04.2020.

l It is mandatory for all students to participate in the Annual Event/Cultural held every year in the month of December. Participation will be marked per subject.

l All the Class Activity and HOD will be held on the day and date provided. For the absent students, it will not be taken on later date.

l Children are required to bring the mentioned materials for the HOD and Class activity to the class, Else they shall not be marked.

l All the Assessments will be conceptual and will not only confine to Class Work.

l Class Assessment work (CA) will be marked/signed by the Teacher on Specific Dates/Duration. Teacher will not sign/ mark the CA Copy on a Later Date in any case.

l Books are not to be brought to school except Work Book, Maths & Mental Maths book and English Language Book.

l All the Test Copies should be submitted to the Class Teacher on :

l Children with out Test Copies will be marked Zero (0)
