Summer 2008 Registration:Undergraduate and Graduate Registration begins on March 5, 2008 for both Summer I an II Sessions.

Payment Due Date:Summer Session I: May 16, 2008 (or day of registration, beginning May 17, 2008)Summer Session II: July 7, 2008 (or day of registration, beginning July 8, 2008)

All students are bound by the payment due date, whether or not a University bill is received. Semestercharges and payment information are available through your MyPace account, by clicking on “AccountSummary by Term.”

Financial Aid/Loan Recipients:Validated Financial Aid awards or approved loans may appear on your invoice. If there is a discrepancy orsomething is missing, call or visit the Financial Aid Office in New York (212) 346-1300, Pleasantville (914)773-3751, or White Plains (914) 422-4050 as soon as possible.

How to Make a Payment

Online:Go to www.pace.edu and select MyPace. After login, click the “Students” tab at the top, click on“Registration and Grades,” and then click “Online Credit Card Payments.” Pace University accepts Visa,MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. This option is ONLY available for a full summer ses-sion payment, less validated Financial Aid/Loans.

By Mail:Payment may be made via check or money order. Please include your Student ID number on the check ormoney order. If you are selecting the full payment option, make the check or money order payable to PaceUniversity and send to Pace University, Payment Processing Center, 861 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, NewYork 10570-2799.

In-Person:Please make every attempt to pay by mail. If you are unable to do this, payment may be made directly atone of the Office of Student Assistance locations:

Tuition Cancellation Policy

Undergraduate and GraduateOnly tuition, student activity, and special course fees can be cancelled in the following situations: 1) whena student is separated from the University for disciplinary or academic reasons prior to the end of a semes-ter, 2) officially withdraws from any course or courses, regardless of the method of instruction, by filing awritten notice at the Office of Student Assistance, or 3) officially withdraws using the MyPace portal at thewww.pace.edu Web site. Please note: Application and general institution fees are not refundable. Tuitioncancellation will be made according to the schedule associated with the term of enrollment.

NOTE: It is the student’s responsibility to withdraw from courses he or she has registered for. Failure toofficially withdraw will result in tuition liability. Students may withdraw online through the MyPace portalor by filing with the Office of Student Assistance. Non-attendance of classes, informing the instructor ofwithdrawal, or stopping payment on a check does not constitute official withdrawal and does not relievethe student of his or her financial obligation, or entitle the student to a refund. A student who registers forclass and does not attend class remains fully responsible for all financial obligations.

It is important to note that all charges and cancellations are based upon tuition commitments for the fullsemester. The effective date of withdrawal and cancellation, if any, will be the date when a formal applica-tion is filed with the Office of Student Assistance (notification to the instructor is not sufficient) or with-drawal via the MyPace portal at www.pace.edu. In the case of withdrawal by mail, the official postmarkeddate of the correspondence will be the effective date of withdrawal.

Student RefundsStudents with credit balances on their student account, resulting from excess financial aid funds, tuitioncancellations, etc., are issued refunds to their Pace University One Card. Payments made by credit card areissued refunds to the credit card. Student refunds take approximately 14 business days from the date thecredit appears on the account. When a student’s registration status has changed and they are a recipientof financial aid funds, the student’s record must be reviewed by a financial aid professional, prior to theissuance of a refund.
