Remember them???Some were first year teachers when we were inhigh school so not that much older than we are.Our Superintendent for our 4 year duration .Born in 1899 , started teaching at Burwell NE, then as Superinten-dent at Salem , Waco , 12 years in Gretna and 13 years in Papillion ,he retired from teaching related positions in 1969. He sadly endedhis life in suicide . He had 1 son , 1 daughter, 4 grandchildren and1 great grandchild at the time of his death .
