- This class will be administered through Google Classroom. Students will have a mandatory Google Meet at the beginning of every class period. Once checked in, students will have a daily assignment workout expected to be completed during the allotted class time.
- For the Comprehensive distance Learning, assignment workouts will be a combination of video, and written workouts requiring no equipment. Be prepared with appropriate athletic clothing and a water bottle.
