It’s been a big year for us here at Clarkstown International Collision, Inc. In January, we cel-

ebrated 20 years of business and as I look back on that time, I am amazed at how much this industry has changed in a relatively short period. Here at CIC, we are constantly keeping up with the latest technologies in order to be able to provide the best in auto body and glass repair. Over the past decade, we have transitioned to a completely paperless system, developed and implemented our own scanning and track-ing program called “My CIC,” and made the big switch over to BASF waterborne paint. All of these changes have sim-plified our operation, reduced our cycle time, and increased our production.

In addition to serving the per-sonal driver, we specialize in dealing with fleet companies. We understand the need for fleet vehicles to be back on the road as soon as possible, and our operation, which includes state of the art tech-nology and highly-trained technicians, ensures that the time a vehicle spends in the shop is minimal. Short cycle time is also important to the insurance companies with whom we work, who want to make sure their customers are not paying unnecessary car rental fees while they wait for their repairs.

Decals & PinstripingCIC takes the hassle out of bringing your car to another shop to have your commer-cial decals re-installed. We order the decals and install them so that when you pick up your vehicle, it is ready for a day of work on the road! We guarantee no imperfec-tions, air bubbles or missing decals. In addition, if your vehicle was pinstriped before the accident, you will receive your vehicle back with the pinstriping just as it was.

QualityIt is important that your ve-hicle meets factory specifica-tions even after an accident. CIC boasts 6 unibody benches connected to a computerized

measuring system to make sure that any damage caused to the frame of your vehicle is corrected so that the vehicle brought back to its original state.

Your car is certain to receive a flawless finish when it pass-es thru one of our 2 drive-through downdraft spray booths. White ceramic tiles line the walls and floors to ensure that our booths are kept ultra-clean. Air moves in from the ceiling and out through the floor preventing overspray and resulting in a clean and flawless paint job every time!

Before your vehicle enters the spray booth it must be primed and prepped, which

is done in one of our enclosed prep stations. The enclosure is important to prevent prim-er overspray onto adjacent vehicles in the shop.

CapacityOur shop measures 14,000 square feet and can accommo-date up to 30 vehicles inside at one time. There are 3 me-chanical lifts where experts can appraise and repair any mechanical damage related to your accident.

SecurityAll vehicles are stored either inside our facility or within our locked fenced-in yard and both areas are monitored with 24-hour camera surveillance.
