Problem Statement Many at times we need guidance and check with our friends or peer network asking them to suggest brands / models while purchasing products. Because either we don't know the brands available in market. Even if we know few, it may not be the entire universe of brands. There are too many brands we could see and confused of what to chose. Don't know which brand is good / bad / value for money. Not sure and need confirmation about our opinion on the brands.

Solution Details To Test DPS We have come up with the solution that will work inline with DPS and responds to its commands in TCP IP protocol. KITSIM simulates the entire plant in single machine and act like shop floor user in sending and acknowledging commands. It works in both half and full duplex mode. Each and every commands, activities is logged in the system for better insights and due diligence in case of issues. All the configurations in DPS is imported into KITSIM to stimulate entire plant

Problem Statement Digital Pick System is the system implemented in production line of the automotive plant. It detects the variant of the car in the line and suggest which parts to be fitted in the current variant. It communicates with line hardware through TCP IP protocol. To test the DPS during major upgradation, production has to be stopped at least in few kitareas which affects the Production.

Solution Details • The tool allows the user to create quote for the

opportunities in the Lotus notes database. • The users can create folders and categorize the

products accordingly and can Cut, Copy, Paste the folder from one location to another location.

• Import and export the data’s in bulk from Excel. • The quote can be saved as template for reuse. • The tool has the facility to drag drop the line items in

the grid from one folder to another folder of the same type.

• We can make the quote available offline and we can add folders line items and etc. in offline mode in case of network problem.

Collaboration is also not possible. client was approaching us to develop a solution that can be worked in offline as well.

FMS receives the signal through serial port from various types of panels and save it in the database. Generate alarm sound in case of alarm. • All the events like alarm, warning, defects can be logged

in the system. • On Alarm, System will generate alarm notifications in the

machines • FMS can be networked and deployed in different

machines • FMS will receive the signals from serial port and convert

to MODBUS and BACNET protocols.
