21. Having reviewed Addendum #1 which shows the structure of IT staffing for the District (central) Office, it would be appreciated if LACCD would also answer the following: How many IT employees are there at each college location?

What is the reporting structure for IT staff at the Colleges?

Section 4.h – The schedule of Fees indicates a desire on behalf of LACCCD for a time and materials approach. Is LACCD open to a fixed price solution which would limit potential cost over runs? If not, can you share a proposed budget or not to exceed threshold which LACCD has earmarked for the completion of this project?

Please propose your optimal solution and recommendations and work plan and price. The proposer needs to identify all fees and rates but they can then also offer a fixed price option.
