Next to each silent auction item is a bid sheet which identifies the item by number and denotes the minimum bid and incremental bid.

To bid on an item, write your bidding number (found on the back of this book) and the amount you bid on the first available line.

Buy it now is listed on the bottom of the form. If you decide to accept the buy it now price put your bid number next to the line and place the red SOLD sheet over the bid sheet, by doing so you will win the prize for the buy it now price.

USE ONLY THE BIDDING NUMBER ASSIGNED TO YOU

Bids less than the minimum bid will not be accepted.

The highest bid at closing time will be circled by auction officials and constitutes the winning bid.

If you are a winner, the amount you bid will appear on your final tally at the check-out desk at the end of the evening. If you must leave early, please see a cashier to pick up your item, winner does not need to be present to win.
