ratio.

Andesite - similar to 11-153, locally brownish-grey due to fine

grained biotite content; generally moderately to strongly

Felsic Tuff - Agglomerate.- pale brown, buff, and green mottled

brecciated medium-grained fragmental; coarse (up to 5 cm), angular

fragments of pale green cherty tuff predominate in a tuffaceous

matrix; very strongly altered appearance, silicified and bleached

with epidote alteration and many fine qtz-filled fractures; 3-54

py-po as coarse patches, locally 7-104 with tr cp.

530-575 less agglomeratic; rare coarse fragment in fine to

Casing

Andesite - grey, weakly porphyritic with. 20-30% fine (.5-1 mm).

white feldspar grains in an aphanitic matrix; weak to moderate

alteration consists mainly of chloritization and silicification;

local patches of bleached rock bordering fractures carry l-3% py

with qtz-calcite stringers; minor epidote on fracture surfaces.

Porphyritic Diorite - grey, medium-grained, porphyritic with

30-40% white feldspar phenocrysts 1-3 mm long and lQ-20% green .

chloritic amphibole phenocrysts 1-3 mm long; becomes more
