What is the SOLUTION?

The C.I.V.I.C. Debit Card is a community-based discount program, whereparticipating merchants/businesses provide discounts on products and services tocardholders within the local communities they serve.

Members simply take their card to any of the participatingmerchants/businesses to receive discounts ranging from5% to 50% off purchased goods and services.
