ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE relating to the Health Department; amend-ing Section 1 of Ordinance 99951 and adding a newSection 1-A thereto to increase the fee for certainwater and sewer system condition reports and establishthelfee for analysis of certain water samples.

BE IT'ORDAINED BY-THE CITYOF SEATTLE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 99951 is amended as

follows:

Section 1. The Director of Public Health is authorized

to issue reports on the condition of private water supply

and/or sewage disposal systems and the fee to be paid for

each -such report is hereby fixed at Forty Dollars ($40.00)

provided, that said $40.00 fee appliesto a report made for

both the water supply and sewage systems on the same premises.

Section .2. That Ordinance 99951 is amended by adding

thereto a new, section designated Section !-A to read as

follows,:

Section 1-A. Any public water supply purveyor as

defined in W.A.C. 248-54-260 may submit water samples to the

Department of Public Health for analysis. The fee for each

water sample shall be Six Dollars ($6.00).

Section 1. Ordinance 99951, Sections 1 and 2 and C.S.C.

15.58.010 are hereby amended as follows:

Authorization - Fee. The director of public health is

authorized to issue reports on the condition of private water

supply and/or sewage disposal systems and the fee to be paid

for each such report is fixed at ((twenty)) forty dollars pro-

vided, that said ((twenty)) forty dollar fee applies to a

report made for both the water supply and sewage systems on

13 the same premises.

14 Section 2. Any act pursuant to the authority and prior

to the effective date of this ordinance is hereby ratified and15

confirmed.

NEW SECTION. Section 3. Any public water supply purveyor

as defined in W.A.C. 248-54-260 may submit water samples to the

Department of Public Health for analysis. The fee for each
