We appreciate the effort you have taken in reviewing the submitted Report of Waste Discharge and for the development of a permit that will ensure the beneficial uses for treated wastewater and biosolids are maintained. The following comments are provided regarding corrections, clarifications and suggested revisions in the Tentative Order.     The cities of Fresno and Clovis appreciate the opportunity to review the Tentative Order for the permit renewal for the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF) issued on October 3, 2018.
