This guide promotes fun and creative sporting, recreational and leisure activities available in the City of Rockingham to residents and visitors. Our aim is to promote healthy active lifestyles and improve overall health and wellbeing of all individuals.

National Guidelines recommend your aim should be to participate in 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity on most days of the week for good health.

All activities in the Rockingham Activity Guide will help you ‘find 30’ and connect you with your community.

Keeping mentally healthy is just as important as staying physically healthy and it’s as easy as A-B-C: Act-Belong-Commit.
