Funding & Schedule Pleasant Valley RD 2016
On December 8, 2015 the Raleigh City Council approved a $398,533 contract agreement with AMT for design , SUE, survey, landscaping, and geotechnical services.
Estimated Project Cost
$3.7 Million Including Construction and Right of Way
Project Schedule:
• Complete Right of Way Acquisition – Early 2018 (4-6 Month Duration)
• Award Construction Contract – Spring 2018
• Complete Construction – Spring 2019
