1. (18-0370) Motion authorizing a 12-month rental service agreement with Herc Rentals Inc. of Bonita Springs, Florida for the rental of Heavy Equipment, based on the cooperative purchasing agreement via U.S. Communities, for a total amount not to exceed $236,790.00, which includes a $7,000.00 allowance for unforeseen repairs.

2. (18-0395) Ordinance amending the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance to adopt an Annexation Petition Fee.

3. (18-0411) Motion authorizing a one-year service agreement with Loftin Equipment Company, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas for a total amount not to exceed $77,400, with one one-year options for a total potential multi-year amount of $116,100.

4. (18-0422) Motion authorizing execution of a “Release and Relinquishment of Access Rights to Highway Facility” for a consideration amount of $1,000; and a “Possession and Use Agreement for Transportation Purposes With Additional Payment of Independent Consideration” for a consideration of $3,000 with TxDOT to release access rights to 132.34 linear feet of right of way located at 1208 Peabody Avenue in support of the Harbor Bridge Replacement Project.

5. (18-0445) Ordinance authorizing a fifteen-year lease agreement with Kamping Pleasures, Inc. for 40 acres out of the Mary B. Kelvin survey in Live Oak County, on the North side of Lake Corpus Christi, in consideration of quarterly rent of $5,000 or 8% of gross sales, whichever is greater, to operate a campground; with option to extend for up to additional ten-year term.

6. (18-0453) Ordinance authorizing $1,83,301.64 from the Unreserved Fund Balance for the Purchase and Installation of Public Address system at Corpus Christi International Airport; amending the FY 2017-18 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No 031255 to increase expenditures by $1,83,301.64; and approving the purchase of the said equipment and installation from the Ford Audio-Video System LLC of Austin, Texas, for an amount not to $1,66,637.86 and 10% Contingency ($16,663.78), via Buy Board.

7. (18-0468) Motion authorizing the purchase of replacement MetroCom911 dispatch consoles for $300,346 from RussBassett of Whittier, CA, via Houston-Galveston Area Council

8. (18-0500) Motion authorizing to execute Amendment No 2 to Service Agreement 547 with O’Reilly Auto Parts of Springfield, Missouri for the continuous supply of automotive parts for a

one-year term, as required by the Fleet department, for a not to exceed amount of $ 22,064.30, for a total restated cost not to exceed $66,192.9.

9. (18-0504) Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to enter into an outside city limits water contract, with the current property owner to provide public water to their respective property located outside the city limits pursuant to Section 55-113 of the City Code of Ordinances.

10. (18-0506) Case No. 0318-01 Estate of Margaret J. Pasztor: Ordinance rezoning property at or near 3902 Cimarron Boulevard from “FR” Farm Rural District to the “RM-2” Multifamily 2 District.

11. (18-0507) Ordinance appropriating $13,006.92 from the No. 4220 Wastewater Trunk System Trust Fund to refund John Butler and Elizabeth Butler the wastewater lot/acreage fee paid, since wastewater services are not available, nor will they be available, within the next 5 years as related to Butler Addition, Lot 1.

12. (18-0014) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade Cart Solutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9,440 96-gallon refuse containers and 1,870 96-gallon recycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of $79,084.72 in FY2017-18. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used in the City’s automated collection program.

13. (18-0520) Resolution authorizing a one-year service agreement with Hilario O. Ortega, Jr., dba A Plus Janitorial and Mowing Services of Corpus Christi, Texas, for a total amount not to exceed $85,878.34, with two one-year options for a total potential multi-year amount of $257,635.02.
