    4. (18-1254) Motion authorizing the purchase of a Fairbanks pump for O. N. Stevens WaterTreatment Plant from Odessa Pumps of Corpus Christi, Texas via BuyBoard cooperative for atotal amount not to exceed $175,313.00.

    5. (18-1273) Motion authorizing to execute Amendment No.1 to a Service Agreement titledWebEoc Managed Hosting, Hybrid Installation Master Services with ESI Acquisition, Inc., ofAugusta, Georgia for WebEOC software maintenance and support for an additional five-yearterm as required for public health and safety, for a not to exceed amount of $56,501.53 forrevised total agreement amount not to exceed of $100.753.53.

    11. (18-1256) Ordinance exempting Kenley Estates, located east of Flour Bluff Drive and south ofGlenoak Drive, from the payment of the wastewater lot or acreage fees under Section8.5.2.G.1 of the Unified Development Code; requiring sanitary sewer connection agreement.

    12. (18-1263) Ordinance exempting Trail Blazer Addition, Block 1, Lot 5, located south ofYorktown Boulevard and west of Waldron Road, from the payment of the wastewater lot oracreage fees under Section 8.5.2.G.1 of the Unified Development Code; requiring theowner/developer to comply with the specified conditions.

    13. (18-1266) Resolution authorizing execution of the “Notification for Additional Funding in 2018(Street Maintenance Program)” in an amount of $2,565,883.00 accepting the Corpus ChristiRegional Transportation Authority’s fiscal year 2018 allocation to the City’s Street PreventativeMaintenance Program (SPMP) projects.

    14. (18-1280) Motion approving the 2018 Property Tax Levy of $126,930,210.19 based on theadopted property tax rate of $0.626264 per $100 valuation, in accordance with Section 26.09(e) of the Texas Tax Code
