This is to confirm that the City of Georgetown has adopted and enforces the 2012 International Residential Code.

To include section R905.2.8.5 Drip Edge, section R905.3.3 Underlayment and section R905.3.3.1 Low slope roofs. Please see the attached page from the 2012 IRC.
