Hickman's Main Park (100 Main Street) or socially distant

from your home or car.

Place your items by the curb & City Staff will pick it up

& dispose of it for you!

Please DO NOT include yard waste, tree limbs, regular garbage,

paint, hazardous waste, or tires.

You may set out furniture, appliances, or

other large household items.

Please call the City Office at 402-792-2212 to request

curbside service by Friday, July 10.

Here’s a few helpful tips for cleaning up your fireworks debris:

Have the right cleanup equipment ready.

Allow spent fireworks to sit for several minutes - ensure fireworks are completely extinguished before approaching.

Use a broom to sweep up debris into trash containers. (Do not sweep down Storm Drains!)

As a final precaution, temporarily place in a metal bucket or a bucket with sand or water.

Place cool fireworks in regular trash for disposal.
