Bonus Points HOW TO GET THEM! You can earn and win bonus points. Bonus points can be earned at any point of sale at the Club when using your membership card on purchases of food, beverages, raffle tickets & by playing a gaming machine with your membership card inserted into the console.

SPENDING BONUS POINTS You can redeem bonus points at the bar, any food outlet, Club run raffles and for transfer onto your Easy Card, available at reception. 1 point = 1 cent, e.g. 1000 points = $10

CHECKING BONUS POINTS You can check how many bonus points you have at the member kiosk, gaming machines, point of sale or by asking any of our friendly staff.

BONUS POINT EXPIRY All bonus points for Ruby, Emerald and Sapphire are expired annually on 30th September. Be sure to spend them before they disappear! Diamond and Diamond Plus members’ bonus points do not expire.

Status Credits EARNING Your Ultimate Rewards tier is determined by the number of status credits you earn over a six-month period. You can earn status credits when using your membership card to purchase food, beverages, raffle tickets and when playing a gaming machine. You are also able to buy into a tier. Please see a Duty Manager for further information.

CHECKING You can check how many status credits you have earned by asking a Duty Manager at any stage.

MOVING UP A LEVEL Youcanmoveupatieronthefirstbusinessdayofeachmonth.We calculate your level by looking at how many status credits you have earned in the last six months.

MOVING DOWN A LEVEL Movingdownatieronlyhappenstwiceayearonthefirstbusinessday in April and October.
