ZONE: B-3, Highway Business District LOCATION: On a portion of a 49± acre parcel located on Sentinel Drive TAX MAP SECTION/PARCEL: 0270000001570 BOROUGH: Washington

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:

Planning Commission recommends that UP-15-26 be APPROVED with the following stipulation: (8-0; Williams/Ellis, Morris excused)

The proposed fueling center kiosk building will be substantially similar to the elevation dated February 26, 2015, on file with the Planning Department, as determined by the Planning Director or designee. The canopy pillars shall have a brick base that is at least 4 feet in height using the same brick as the grocery store.

Mrs. Hanson read UP-15-26 into the record for Commission review and action.

Staff Presentation:

Mrs. Hanson stated that based on the findings listed in the staff report, Planning staff recommended that UP-15-26 be APPROVED with the stipulation as listed in the official agenda.

COMMISSION VOTE:

Commissioner Williams moved that UP-15-26 be APPROVED with the stipulation as listed in the official agenda and as recommended by staff. Commissioner Ellis seconded the motion. The motion was carried by a vote of 8 - 0. Commissioner Morris was excused.
