MINUTES OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY OF GROSSE
POINTE WOODS HELD ON MONDAY EVENING, JANUARY 5, 1998, IN THE
COUNCIL-COURT ROOM OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 20025 MACK PLAZA,
GROSSE POINTE WOODS, MICHIGAN.
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Mayor Novitke.

flow catch basin covers.

Motion by Steiner, supported by Granger, that the City Council concur with therecommendation of the City Administrator and the Director of Public Services andauthorize the purchase of a 1998 Elgin Pelican "P" three-wheel Street Sweeper (with atrade of the 1986 Elgin Pelican Sweeper) for a total cost of $88,000.00 from BellEquipment Company, 78 Northpointe Drive, Lake Orion, Michigan, 48359, and thatthe expenditure be charged against the appropriate 1997198 budget account.

report regarding the dry dockage rate increase approved on December 15, 1997.
Motion by Steiner, supported by Granger, that the City Council concur with therecommendation of the City Administrator and the Director of Public Servicesregarding boat dockage permit fees, that, in accordance with the 1997 City CodeSection 94-8-c, boat dockage permit fees for 1998 be hereby adjusted by resolution
as follows:
