LOCATIONAnniesland Business Park is located three miles north-west of Glasgow city centre, close to the junction of Great Western Road (A82) leading to the west, and Bearsden Road (A739) leading south to the Clyde Tunnel. This provides direct access to the south of the city and to the M8 motorway. DESCRIPTIONAnniesland Business Park offers a variety of accommodation ranging from small ‘nursery’ style units of 1,000 sq ft up to larger warehouse units of 17,500 sq ft. This mix caters for small office businesses and sole traders, through to trade counter operators, plant depots, and larger warehouse users. Some smaller units have been converted into offices or showrooms and others have mezzanine floors to maximise floor space.
