What does the Fourteenth Amendment say about citizenship?

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and the state wherein they reside.

List the steps in the naturalization process.

1. File a Declaration of Intention with the Immigration and Naturalization Service
