The population differs from the people because it includes:- foreigners;-stateless persons(who is not a citizen of any state);- residents in the territory of the state.

CIVIL RIGHTS: CIVIL RIGHTS: they include the personal freedom of movement,

association, assembly, conscience and religion;

equality before the law; right not to be arbitrarily deprived of

property, the right of citizenship.

• POLITICAL RIGHTSPOLITICAL RIGHTS: participation of citizens in the government of the State, electing their representatives.

The process of globalization is changing because those who live in another country can have relations with their state of origin, thanks to the new telecommunications or shipping charges.

Obviously, the weight of this influence depends on the number of members and the richness and strength of the relationships that the community can have with its country of origin.
