The population are the people who live in the same territory.

The population differs from the people because it includes:- foreigners;-stateless persons(who is not a citizen of any state);- residents in the territory of the state.

• you are the child of parents who have the citizenship;

• you are born in the zone;

• you marry a citizen;• by decree or

concession, as a result of a decision of a public authority.

association, assembly, conscience and religion;

equality before the law; right not to be arbitrarily deprived of

property, the right of citizenship.

• POLITICAL RIGHTSPOLITICAL RIGHTS: participation of citizens in the government of the State, electing their representatives.

SOCIAL RIGHTS: SOCIAL RIGHTS: include rights of social protection against

disease, age, unemployment; the right of health, work, education.

In recent years the concept of citizenship is changing because of the many changes in modern society.

The process of globalization is changing because those who live in another country can have relations with their state of origin, thanks to the new telecommunications or shipping charges.

Obviously, the weight of this influence depends on the number of members and the richness and strength of the relationships that the community can have with its country of origin.
