Who We Are Citizens’ Association “Nešto Više” (NV), registered statewide by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina under RU-88/03, is a non-governmental organization founded in 1997 by young people experienced in working with civil society organizations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Our programs and projects have been implemented in over 70 cities throughout BiH.

Our Vision A Bosnian Herzegovinian society that is morally responsible and promotes competency, safety and tolerance through mutual care of the individual and community.

Our Mission “Nešto Više” promotes positive changes in society by offering opportunities to individuals and groups for formal and informal education and training, networking, internships, volunteering, work experiences and community service, all in order to develop and nurture competent and responsible leaders who, believing in themselves and others, foster openness and belonging in our society.

Programs and Projects Establishing a network of youth organizations in Bosnia-Herzegovina (1997): Received the “Prize of Europe” award from the Council of Europe for the best project of the year in fighting xenophobia. Council of Europe grant. [ Project value: 25 000 EUR. ] Educational programs for youth (1998–1999): Seminars, trainings, summer camps, and educational exchanges with students from Europe and the USA in collaboration with local network and international youth organizations. Youth Council of Barcelona grant. [ Program value: 50 000 EUR. ] Conference for building dialogue and bilateral cooperation (1999): Between universities in the Federation and the Republic of Srpska. Canadian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina grant. [ Project value: 10 000 EUR. ] Youth organizations fair (2000 and 2001): Annual forum for program presentations of youth organizations throughout the country. During the realization of this program 123 organizations presented their work to the BiH public. Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe grant in 2000 and Schuler Helfen Leben (SHL) and Open Society Fund of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SOROS) grants in 2001. [ Project value: 105 000 EUR. ] BiH network for organ donation (2001–2002): Established a donor network in BiH, in collaboration with doctors, hospitals and medical consultants from BiH and neighboring countries. PeaceTrails Youth Leadership Adventure Program – PTYLAP (1999-2003): Provided leadership training to 163 youth from 50 cities and villages throughout BiH and awarded small grants to create and run community service projects based on the passion of the individual and the targeted needs in their local communities. Young leaders implemented 130 projects in cooperation with 60 partner organizations in 44 cities of BiH and 134 graduated from the program. Whalen Family Foundation Program grant. [ Program value: 1 800 000 EUR. ] Assisting development of local communities (2003-2004): Teams of five NV employees, placed in four communities (selected after needs assessments and analysis of twelve BiH communities), worked with stakeholders - representatives of government, non-government organizations, and community leaders - to design and implement local community development initiatives. Whalen Family Foundation grant. [ Project value: 150 000 EUR. ] Development of agro-businesses through agricultural cooperatives (2004-2006): NV employed 20 young leaders, organized them into flexible, mobile teams, and partnered them with 9 agricultural cooperatives in BiH to empower cooperatives to expand the scope and quality of services to meet needs of individual farmers, particularly through the education and organization of farmers for improved production. The program served over 740 agricultural households. A special team worked the agricultural unions on entity and state levels and interested local and international organizations supporting agricultural development in BiH to create a national network of agricultural cooperatives. A quarterly newsletter, “Bulletin,” addressing subjects in agriculture was published as well as promotional material

titled “Nešto Više for Agriculture.” Two additional publications were published: “Address Book of Agricultural Cooperatives in BiH” (2005)

and “Agricultural Products in BiH” (2006). Whalen Family Foundation grant. [ Project value: 697 500 EUR. ] Career Development Center - CDC (2007-2008): Served graduates of PTYLA program in their professional advancement, providing job placement assistance, skill development training, and work experience internships. Seven individuals found jobs, 26 students were placed in internships, 12 clients had US undergraduate diplomas nostrified; and 18 persons received professional training. Whalen Family Foundation grant. [ Program value: 89 500 EUR. ] Business Program (2009): Provided management and business development training and technical assistance to PTYLAP graduates interested in starting or improving their own businesses. Socio-economic Reintegration of Mine Victims through Job Creation in Communities (2009): As part of a Mercy Corps Scotland project, Association staff and consultants provided business management training for 32 projects users from 14 municipalities in BiH: Foča, Hadžići, Ilidža, Olovo, Rogatica, Sokolac, Trnovo, Bileća, Čapljina, Konjic, Livno, Mostar, Nevesinje and Trebinje. Through learning how to write a business plan, users were introduced to all segments of business planning and educated about the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina, trends in business and possibilities for expanding and improving production. Mercy Corps Scotland grant. [ Program value: 6 450 EUR. ] Sustainable Cooperatives (2009-2010): Strengthened the capacities of agricultural cooperatives to offer improved quality services to their users, (1) provided training for cooperative staff in economics, management, business development, energy and ecology; (2) created new cooperative jobs through granting employment tax subsidies and offering stipends to university graduate students; and (3) created cooperative marketing campaigns, including the design of bi-lingual websites, logos, memorandums and flyers to heighten cooperative visibility both at home and abroad. [ Program value: 22 100 EUR. ] “Management of Human Resources“ workshop (July 2009): three-day workshop for senior staff of agricultural cooperatives and staff of organizations/institutions involved in agricultural development in BiH, organized in collaboration with Dr. Robert Gazich, Ph.D., professor of management from College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University (CSBSJU). Two workshops - “The Human Side of the Organization” and “Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking” (August 2010): In ongoing cooperation with College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University (CSBSJU), Minnesota, USA, two three-day workshops were held in Banja Luka and Mostar, with professors Dr. Robert Gazich, Ph.D., and Dr. Paul Marsnik, Ph.D., for 60 participants from BiH and Croatia in leadership positions in NGOs, commercial companies, agencies, state institutions and municipalities. Participants were

introduced to tools and theories to improve managerial skills and entrepreneurial spirit, e.g., individual personality assessment (Myers-Briggs), emotional intelligence, motivational theory, goal theory, stress and time management, conflict style instrument (TKI), creativity-innovation-entrepreneurial mentality, and creative problem-solving. Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Whalen Family Foundation grants [ Project value: 11 668 EUR. ] EU Localization (2010): A three-year project, with a total budget of around one million Euros. Phase I of IV was consisted of: a training program for forty municipalities aimed at building and strengthening the capacities of municipalities to anticipate and prepare for European integration. NV coordinated project implementation in twelve

municipalities in the central region (Novo Sarajevo, Ilidža, Novi Grad Sarajevo, Centar Sarajevo, Ilijaš, Zenica, Travnik, Novi Travnik, Žepce,

Vareš, Bugojno, Zavidovići). Dutch Development Agency (SNV) and Direction for European Integration grant for first phase activities [ First phase activities: 5 390 EUR. ] Survey of agricultural producers (2011): As part of the Contract signed with Fostering Agricultural Markets Activity (FARMA) project a field survey was conducted with 200 agricultural producers in BiH (100 from the Republic of Srpska and 100 from the Federation), in 6 municipality areas: Trebinje, Teslić, Bijeljina, Jablanica, Sanski Most and Ravno. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) grant. [ Project value: 2 000 EUR. ] Get Employed by Volunteering – Volunteer to Get Employed (2010): NV, in partnership with Omladinski Komunikativni Centar (OKC) in Banja Luka worked on promoting and building a climate for volunteerism and to institutionalize it through advocating for the adoption of improved volunteer laws in BiH. Through volunteer opportunities students improved their practical knowledge and skills and strengthened their competitiveness in the work market with the long-term goal of

decreasing youth unemployment in BiH and promoting the social capital of volunteering - civic activism, social cohesion and building

positive social values. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Center of Civic Initiatives (CCI) grants. [ Project value: 97 500 EUR. ] Promotion of Bologna process in Bosnia and Herzegovina (2011): Citizens’ Association “Nesto Vise” has successfully implemented project activities within project “Promotion of Bologna Process”, co-financed by Federal Ministry of Education and Sciences during which a pattern of 180 students in six public universities in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been surveyed. Survey analysis has been made, as well as the promotional flyer that has been distributed to students through student services at universities. BH Federal Ministry grant. [ Project value: 2 500 EUR. ] Youth Employment in Rural Areas (08/2010 – 04/2011) funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and Austrian Agency for Technical Cooperation (ADA). The project was implemented by UGNV in the partnership with GOPA mbH and it provided employment for 3 young people (18 to 30 years of age) for minimum of

2 years as well as temporary employment of minimally 20 other individuals of the same age group in the areas of three rural communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Doljani, Blagaj, and Bileća) by providing agricultural equipment – specifically universal driers for processing fruits, mushrooms, and medical plants as well as a distiller for essential and aromatic oil. [ Project value: 15 000 EUR. ] Employment of Youth in Rural Areas Phase II (07/2011 – 12/2011) represents continuation of a project within which three young persons were employed through procurement of universal driers for fruits, mushrooms and medical herbs in the area of Blagaj, Jablanica and Bileca. Activates implemented within Phase II are the following: creating partner network within the project between Citizens' Association „Nesto Vise“, Cooperative „Jablanica“, Women's Association „Most“ and individual producers and collectors of medical herbs from Doljani; purchasing, installing and mutual use of the distiller; promotional activities of the project in the area of Municipality Jablanica and further; lobbying of local and cantonal authorities in order to ensure wider support for project activities. Funding for implementation of the project is provided by the MDG-F Youth Employability and Retention Programme funded by Spanish Millennium Development Goals Achievement Fund (MDG-F) and The Whalen Family Foundation. [ Project value: 15 000 EUR. ] Technical support to municipalities for environment preservation and climate change (2010 - 2011): MDG-F has funded a three-year program for environment preservation and climatic change, “Standardization of managing environment: connecting local and state activities in BiH,” jointly implemented by five UN agencies (UNDP, UNV, UNEP, FAO and

UNESCO) in partnership with local government ministries (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations BiH, Ministry of Civil Affairs BiH, Ministry of Spatial Organization, Architecture and Ecology RS, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management RS, Ministry of Environment and Tourism FBIH, Ministry of Agriculture, Water

Management and Forestry FBIH); local municipalities; and civil service organizations. In partnership with Center for Development and Support Tuzla, Nešto Više has worked with 12 municipalities, Čelinac, Derventa, Modriča, Teslić, Petrovo, Lukavac, Zavidovići, Žepče, Neum, Stolac, Berkovići and Bileća, to develop their own local actions plans to address environmental and climate change issues. Spanish Fund for Reaching Millennium Development Goals (MDG-F) grant. [ Project value: 158 876 EUR ] Building Drought Adaptation Capacities in Agribusiness (2010-2012): In partnership with Center for Development and Support Tuzla, project (1) assisted approx. 10,000 farmers in northeast BiH to implement adaptive solutions to fighting drought through; (2) lobbying to adopt measures of support at state, entity, canton and local institutions; (3)

providing training and technical assistance to managerial teams and farmers of seven agricultural cooperatives and 20 government officials to develop capacities for the implementation of innovative measures to fight drought, including assessment of field conditions and development of technical innovations tested at five testing farms. United States Agency for International Development (USAID) grant. [ Project value: 261 375 EUR. ] Youth in Action (September 2011 – May 2012): Interethnic cooperation project between secondary schools in municipality Grude and Trebinje with the goal of achieving tolerance, civic engagement and mutual understanding as well as connecting youth through cooperation providing support to their local communities by implementing mutual projects. Through trainings and mutual activities this project included 30 students from each of the two partner schools who cooperated and provided mutual support in implementing their activities. Project was funded by Embassy of the United States of America in Sarajevo. [ Project value: 19 037 EUR. ] Life skills for the future – let’s learn, let’s do it! (December 2011- June 2012): The goal was to implement this project with students from 47 primary schools in 16 YERP municipalities: Sarajevo, Istočno Sarajevo,

Zenica, Vitez, Goražde, Mostar, Trebinje, Široki Brijeg, Livno, Banja Luka, Doboj, Prijedor, Bihać, Tuzla, Bijeljina, Odžak and Brčko. The overall goal of the project was to contribute to development of key competencies and life skills among VII, VIII and IX graders through active entrepreneurial learning for future improved competitiveness in labor market. Project had three phases of implementation: Model development – learning entrepreneurship, implementing education/trainings in schools and working with students on their own entrepreneurial projects and Final event – presentation of results and recommendations for the future. This project was supported by Spanish Fund for Reaching Millennium Development Goals (MDG-F) through Youth Employability and Retention Program [ Project value: 67 133 EUR. ] Inter-entity cooperation and integration of local communities of Ljubinje and Ravno through agricultural production (2011 - 2012): The overall goal of the project was to enable inter-entity cooperation and socio-economic development of the two communities, Ljubinje and Ravno, by providing support for economic, environmental, and social sustainability through agricultural production and effective use of related services. Partners on the project were municipalities of Ljubinje and Ravno, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Norwegian non-profit foundation Business Innovation Programs (BIP), in cooperation with non-governmental organizations, the Centre for Development of Herzegovina (CRH) Trebinje and Nešto Više. The project value was the

largest sum of financial support came from The Royal Norwegian Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina [ Project value: je 98 100 EUR. ] PeaceTrails (PT) Stipend Program (2002-2012): Provided stipends for undergraduate and postgraduate education in BiH to graduates of the PTYLA Program. Each supported scholar is obligated to complete 500 community service work hours a year. There was a possibility to apply for more than one stipend for the Program duration. A total of 85

stipendists achieved the following: four diplomas of specially designed programs; 57 bachelor degrees, 11 master degrees, while 7 stipendists gave up their studies. There are still students in the Program : 11 undergraduate, 11 postgraduate, and 2 PhD students. The stipendists have carried out 67 group voluntary actions in 45 local communites, and one in Lake Charls (Lousiana, SAD) after the Hurricane Katrina, and have individually volunteered in organizations and institutions in 36 local communities. PeaceTrails in Service of BiH (2009-2012): Forty-one PTLAP graduates received Whalen Family Foundation scholarships to study and obtain bachelor’s degrees from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University (CSBSJU) in Minnesota, USA. This program is focused on

supporting their return and transition to BiH to bring their skills and expertise to local communities. Each graduate is given a returnee living allowance for relocating home. Support is also available to help graduates build their careers: degree nostrification fees, paid internships and employer tax subsidy grants for job placement assistance. Whalen Family Foundation grant. [ Program value: 111 882 EUR. (excluding CSBSJU scholarships) ] ACCORD: Development of Agricultural Cooperatives (2010-2012): In partnership with Center for Development and Support Tuzla, NV focused on technical assistance to seven agricultural cooperatives and their agricultural producers with the goal of increasing their competitiveness in local and regional markets. In the fruit/vegetable sector, two cooperatives were certified and operational according to HACCAP standards, while seven cooperatives and 200 currently producing farmers were certified and operational according to GLOBALGAP standards. In addition, seven cooperatives in northeast BiH employed 20 new people and assisted 200 new farmers to begin fruit and vegetable production and join cooperative businesses

with the goal of increasing the production and sale of fruits and vegetable by 20 percent. European Commission (EC) grant. [ Project value: 361 750 EUR. ] Inclusion against discrimination of persons with disabilities (PWD) (2011 – 2012): Project activities focused on the empowerment of 30 unemployed young people with physical disabilities in canton Sarajevo, with expressed difficulties in movement (users of wheelchairs or other mobility aids), aged 18-40 years, who are registered in the employment bureaus. A series of IT education programs organized in Center for business education (Business IT, graphic design, auto cad) as well as training in personal life skills and specific skills in writing projects/business plans, have been designed and delivered to for 30 PWD in order to increase their competitiveness at the labor market and improve possibilities for their employment. The aim was also to raise awareness of the community members as well as public and private sector of the city of Sarajevo about social inclusion and level of employability of persons with disabilities on the labor market in Sarajevo. Eight (8) out of 30 project participants have got a job before the end of the project. The project was supported by The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. [ Project value: 39 631 EUR. ]

Improvement of heating system in Cazin municipality building (2011 – 2012): Main goal was to improve life conditions in Cazin municipality. To implement this goal the central heating boiler was replaced, used for heating the municipal building. The old boiler run on light distillate oil and was significantly contributing to the pollution of air in Cazin. This boiler was replaced with one that runs on pellet and the emission of harmful gas was reduced, saving financial means in Cazin municipality. Project was implemented within MDG-F programme Environment and Climate Change „Mainstreaming environmental governance: linking local and national action in BiH implemented by 5 UN agencies (UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, FAO and UNV). This program was financed by Spanish Fund for Reaching Millennium Development Goals (MDG-F) and municipality Cazin. [ Project value: je 35 141 EUR. ] Improvement of water supply system in Berkovići municipality (2011 – 2012): Project „Improvement of water supply system in Berkovici municipality improved life conditions for 320 households in Berkovici municipality. This is achieved through protection of water source Trebisinj. With implementation of this project Berkovici municipality was provided with a safe source of drinking water for its population. Upon the project completion the maintenance of the water source was taken over by public utility company „Vodovod“ from Berkovici. Project was implemented within MDG-F programme Environment and Climate Change „Mainstreaming environmental governance: linking local and national action in BiH“ implemented by 5 UN agencies (UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, FAO and UNV). This program was financed by Spanish Fund for Reaching Millennium Development Goals (MDG-F) and municipality Berkovici. [ Project value: 9 952 EUR. ] Covering the drainage channel of rainfall in city zone of Ljubinje (2011 –2012): Project was implemented within MDG-F Programme Environment and Climate Change „Mainstreaming environmental

governance: linking local and national action in BiH implemented by 5 UN agencies (UNDP, UNEP, UNESCO, FAO and UNV). Main project goal was improvement of eco conditions in Ljubinje municipality by covering Bukov brook, drainage channel that was used as illegal garbage disposal site in its lenght covering 64m. Covered space was turned into a playground for children. This program was financed by Spanish Fund for Reaching Millennium Development Goals (MDG-F) and municipality Ljubinje. [ Project value: 36 097 EUR. ] Partnership with College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University (CSBSJU), Minnesota, USA (2008-ongoing): With 41 members of NV graduating from CSBSJU, NV is building an ongoing partnership with the university: (1) establishing alumni chapters in BiH for CSB and SJU graduates and (2) offering summer internships for US students in BiH. To date, 24 US students have interned in BiH. NV is currently designing and collaborating on new activities, e.g., a short-term study program for US students and a semester study abroad program, to expand the cooperation with CSBSJU.

Youth in Action II (August 2012–May 2013) is a continuation of the interethnic cooperation project between secondary schools in municipality Grude, and Trebinje with additional secondary school from Jablanica involved. The project goal is to achieve tolerance, civic engagement and mutual understanding as well as to connect youth through cooperation in providing support to their local communities by implementing mutual projects. Through trainings and mutual activities this project will include 10 students from each of the three partner schools and will provide mutual support in implementing their activities. The students will have an opportunity to meet their peers and to develop new friendships by joining efforts to improve their respective local communities. Project is funded by Embassy of the United States of America in Sarajevo. [ Project value: 26 600 EUR. ]

The International Sports Programming Initiative (2012-2013): The Programme is implemnetd by Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development (GUCCHD) Washington and Citizens' Association „Nešto Više“. Target group of the Programme are young leaders 14 to 17 years old, basketball players, their trainers and their teachers. A total of 12 schools and/or sports clubs and 36 youths, members of selected institutions will join the Programme. It will be implemented in three phases: Phase one: Basketball camp in BiH, A total of 12 institutions will be invited to participate. Each institutions will send a trainer/teacher and 3 youths aged 14-17, secondary schools students. Eight USA trainers shall transfer their experiences to their fellow trainers and youths. Phase two: Travel to USA. 12 selected trainers/teachers will travel to USA and spend two weeks in basketball camps, gaining new experiences and new skills in sports and youth leadership development. Phase three: Each of the trainers/teachers, upon return from USA; shall have an opportunity to develop and implement a project, and will be supported by up to 1,000 USD. This programmee is financed by the United States Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs and the United States Embassy via SportsUnited of the United States Programme. Improvement of Agricultural Sector in Jablanica Area (November 1, 2012 – ongoing): The purpose of this project is to educate 60 unemployed young people and women who are already involved in agricultural production how to improve their knowledge through set of specific trainings delivered by agricultural experts. For each group additional training in Business Plan Development will be delivered. Upon finishing education, participants will prepare small business plans in order to apply for grants. 20 out of 60 business plan will be chosen and receive financial means for its implementation. Participants will have technical support provided by Nesto Vise and the Union of Agricultural Association in Jablanica Municipality (UoAA). Additionally, training for personnel and volunteers of the Union of Agricultural Association in Jablanica Municipality will be delivered by Nešto Više in order to help them to strengthen their organisational capacities and manage resourced in order to provide high quality service for their 300 members. Education will cover four topics: 1. diary production, 2. fruit and vegetables production. 3. harvest protection and 4. multipurpose agricultural production (four groups, 10 participants per group). For each group additional training in Business Plan Development will be delivered. Upon finishing education, participants will prepare small business plans in order to apply for a grants. 10 out of 40 business plan will be chosen and receive financial means for its implementation. Participants in process of busyness plan development will have technical support provided by Nesto Vise and the Municipality of Cazin. Nesto Vise staff and representatives of Cazin municipality will jointly develop the criteria for participants selection as well as criteria for the business plans selection and, conduct selections processes. Business plans implementation will be monitored and adjusted, if needed, by project coordinator. Life skills for the future – let’s learn, let’s do it! (April 2013- November 2013)The project will be implemented with students from 30 selected primary schools in 10 municipalities. The overall goal of the project is to contribute to development of life skills among schoolchildren, grades VII, VIII and IX, through active entrepreneurial learning for the future competitive labor market and creating preconditions for the establishing entrepreneurship as official extra curriculum activity in selected schools. The project is supported by UNICEF. [ Project value: 54 249 EUR. ] Development of CSOs in Teslic municipality (May 2013 – October 2013.) The project is immplmented by Citizens’ Association Nešto Više with partnership of Muscular Dystrophy Association and Citizens’ Association Modus, both from Teslic municipality. The aim of the Project is to establish a long-term partnership and cooperation between developed and active civil society organizations (CSOs) and the Municipality of Teslić. Efforts will be made for the protection of the environment, education and involvement of the local population in an organized volunteer actions and on improving the quality of life and social inclusion of young people and people with disabilities in the local community. By strengthening human capacities and encouraging activism of local CSO we will create respectable partners to municipal authorities. ‘’Wood and Metal Technical Academy’’ Teslić (01/06/2013 - 30/11/2014) Through this project, vocational advanced training and prequalification programme will be introduced in Teslić Municipality and Central Bosnia Region, with aim to re-establish competitive advantages of the workforce in the wood and metal processing industries, based on integration of the lifelong learning concept within SME sector. Expected results: Teslić ’Wood and Metal Technical Academy’’ (WMTA) provides space, technical equipment and qualified associates (consultants) necessary for the effective functioning based on BiH and EU best practices; Developed professional education and vocational training curricula/certification programmes pursuant to the regional and local labour market needs and relevant BiH/RS Laws; Selected Teslić WMTA personnel/teachers successfully completed advanced Training of Trainers; Conducted regular professional education of the Technical School pupils and advanced vocational training of the wood and metal processing industry sector workforce - Academy will be established within High Technical School “Nikola Tesla” in Teslić and will consist of 4 workshops and classroom for education of adults. VET will be organised in 2 vocations in the light-metal sector (mechanical parts designer and welder), and 2 vocations in the wood sector (furniture designer and varnisher); total of 150 person will be trained in those four vocations during this project; Teslić WMTA project achievements successfully promoted in the country and abroad. Citizens’ Association “Nešto Više” Managing Bodies The Association's managing bodies are the Assembly and the Executive Director. The Assembly is composed of 13 members from seven cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina: active members vote while members currently employed by the Association have advisory status and cannot vote. The Assembly, meeting twice a year with e-meetings as needed, sets the goals of the organization with the Executive Director in accordance with the law, steers the strategic direction of the organization and makes program decisions as needed in keeping with the Association’s vision and mission. The Executive Director executes decisions made by the Assembly, manages the implementation of the adopted yearly plan and, at the end of the year, submits to the Assembly a report for the past business year as well as a plan for the new year.

Human Capital The Association currently employs eight full-time employees; contracts with an outside consultant for accounting services; maintains an active network of 15 consultants (all graduates of the PTYLAP) whose services are used as needed; and has a network of 107 members who participate in volunteer activities of the Association.
