Discuss the importance of building rapport, and learn techniques for managing learning and participation in the virtual classroom.

5 Evaluating the Effectiveness of Your Virtual Program

Describe methods for assessing participant performance and effectiveness of virtual classroom programs.

6 Moving Beyond the Virtual Classroom

Consider resources and tools outside the classroom, including blended learning tools and administration of virtual programs.

7 Presentation Review and Scheduling

Review guidelines for portfolio presentations, answer remaining questions, and provide practice time.

8-11 Portfolio Presentations and Course Review

Participants teach a virtual course developed during the week to demonstrate facilitation skills learned during the program.
