    Critical Information SummaryInformation about the service $100 Unlimited Broadband Plan 24 Month Contract

    Description of the ServiceThis is a fixed broadband service which includes an unlimited DataAllowance for use in Australia and may be supplied using our Cable orADSL2+Direct networks.

    Optus Broadband AvailabilityOptus Broadband service is not available in all areas or premises, or inNT and TAS.

    The broadband service offered will be determined by what is available atyour location. The services offered are Cable or ADSL2+. There may alsobe technical or commercial reasons that affect our ability to connect aservice at your address. To check your serviceability visitoptus.com.au/serviceabilitycheck ,

    Minimum TermThe minimum total cost is $2490 (including $70 connection and $20 delivery fee) on a 24 month contract when you pay by direct debit.

    You can get this plan on a 12 month contract if you are an existingcustomer when recontracting. The Minimum Total Cost is $1200 ona 12 month contract when you pay by direct debit.

    Bundling arrangementsYou dont need to bundle this plan with any other Optus service.However, you might be able to get additional discounts if you haveanother Optus service.

    Equipment NeedsYou need a compatible broadband modem to use this service. Themodem must be an Optus approved device. If you are a new Optusbroadband customer we will provide you with a WiFi modem at noadditional cost. Please ensure you inform us if you use equipmentsuch as disability or medical services or back-to-base alarm.Some equipment may require an alternative service or additionalequipment. We will tell you if we are not able to support theequipment.

    System RequirementsTo use the Optus broadband service you need to make sure yourcomputer is compatible. Please seewww.optus.com.au/systemcompatible

    Optus Internet Acceptable Use policyThe Optus Internet Acceptable Use policy sets out the rules andguidelines relating to your use of the Internet. The policy is designedto ensure that your use of the service does not break any laws,interfere with the operation of our network, or interfere with therights of other Internet users.     Special Promotions and Value Added ServicesThis summary doesnt include any special promotions or extravalue added services (bolt-ons) that you select whilst you have thisbroadband plan.

    Other informationChanging The Access MethodWe may change the access method for your service for the remainderof your minimum term and move you to:> A new plan that is reasonably comparable with your current plan; or

    > An alternative plan, but only if we take reasonable steps to address anydetrimental impact that the change may have on you that is not minor.

    If we change your access method, you must provide all reasonableassistance to enable the change to be implemented, including accessto your premises and equipment. Unless otherwise agreed with you,we will not charge you for installing or equipment we supply to youto use with the changed access method. Alternatively, we may askyou to change your access method during your minimum term even ifthe change may have a detrimental impact on you that is more thanminor. If you refuse our request, we may cancel the service by givingyou at least 90 days notice. If the service is cancelled, you will beliable for charges incurred up to cancellation, but you will not be liablefor any cancellation fee or outstanding equipment charges. We willcontact you to discuss the details of any changes we plan to make to

    your access method prior to making the change.Customer ServiceYou can call 133 937 for assistance on your account balance,usage status, payment details and other information at any time.

    Tracking your spendWell provide you with email usage alerts once youve reachedapproximately 50%, 85% and 100% of your broadband DataAllowance. You can also monitor your unbilled data usage by visitingMy Account at optus.com.au/myaccountYou may also be able to track your phone unbilled usage by visitingoptus.com.au/myaccount. If you are unable to do this you can contactour customer service team for information on your usage status.

    Customer complaintsYou can contact our complaint resolution area by calling us on133 937 . We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try toresolve your complaint straight away. If youre not happy with theoutcome, you may also contact the Telecommunications IndustryOmbudsman on 1800 062 058.

    Upfront Fees

    There is a $70 connection and $20 delivery fee.

    Cancellation fees

    The maximum cancellation fee for the Optus Broadband Service on a24-month contract is $300 . This fee will decrease during your contractperiod.

    When you recontract, the maximum cancellation fee for the OptusPhone and Broadband Service is $100 . This fee will decrease during yourcontract period.

    Plan changes

    You can change your plan during your contract term at no cost. ContactCustomer Service if you would like further information.

    Data UsageYour data usage includes both uploads and downloads.

    Any data you dont use during the month is forfeited.

    Non-direct debit fee

    A$2.20 fee will be charged each month if you choose not to payyour service by Direct debit. To set-up Direct debit go tooptus.com.au/myaccount

    Paper invoice fee

    A $2.20 paper invoice fee will be charged each month if you choose toreceive a paper bill. For online billing or to request an email bill, go to optus.com.au/myaccount or optus.com.au/memberservices

    Payment processing fee

    If you pay by BPay savings or direct debit from a bank account or creditcard, There are no processing fees. A processing fee applies to non-directdebit payments made by credit or charge card and/or if you pay atAustralia Post. For details go to optus.com.au/payments
