Conducted individual and group intakes, group therapy, and individual counseling sessions with primary cocaine (crack) and methamphetamine users, approximately 50% of whom were HIV+.

San Francisco General Hospital, Department of Psychiatry, Inpatient psychiatric unit with Asian and Pacific Island cultural focus, November, 1996-March, 1997. Participated in multidisciplinary treatment planning; co-facilitated community meeting; treated individual patients, many of whom were monolingual Cantonese speaking (worked with interpreters).

Conducted psychological assessments including the administration, scoring, and interpretation of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2) of psychiatric inpatients.
