C I R C U L A R

L&Ts Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 29thJanuary 2016, decided to

induct Mr. M. V. Satish as Whole-time Director on the Companys Boardwith

immediate effect.

Mr. Satish will be designated Whole-Time Director & Sr. Executive Vice

President (Buildings, Minerals & Metals) and will continue to report to

Mr. S.N. Subrahmanyan, Deputy Managing Director & President.

In his new role, he will be responsible for the activities of Buildings & Factories IC

and Metallurgical and Material Handling IC.

Management wishes Mr. Satish success in his new role and is confident that he will

continue to provide leadership for profitable growth.
