Terrific  show.  I  was  especially  impressed  by  both  hosts'  mastery  of  complicated  issues.

Lori  Townsend,  who  hosted  two  of  the  submitted  programs,  makes  everything  sound  easy  -‐  interviewing  the  governor,  moving  in  and  out  of  calls,  pivoting  to  new  topics.  I  also  enjoyed  her  sense  of  humor  (Obama,  if  you're  listening...).

Great  and  high-‐profile  guests.  Consistently  sounds  high-‐quality  professional.

The  plastics  program  was  great,  and  I  couldn't  stop  listening  to  the  show  about  historic  visits  to  Alaska.

Great  show  -‐  I  was  especially  impressed  by  the  education  program.  Strong  guests,  and  it  really  worked  to  start  with  the  demographics  interview  first.

Gratitude  and  Anchorage  in  the  50s/60s  were  also  really  good.  Hosts  are  warm  and  in  control  of  the  program.  Nice  job  dealing  with  challenging  (long-‐winded)  callers.

Suggestions  for  improvement:  In  my  opinion,  the  hosts  should  feel  free  to  press  the  guests  with  more  pointed  follow-‐up  questions  (for  example,  in  the  conversation  about  the  lack  of  diversity  among  Alaska  teachers).  Also  noticed  some  trouble  with  guest  name  pronunciations  in  one  of  the  shows    a  small  thing,  but  a  bit  distracting.

Overall:  Great  stuff!Kathleen  McCoy,  Charles  Wohlforth,  Pat  Yack,  Dave  Waldron

This  show  is  wonderful  -‐  such  compelling  stories.  I  especially  loved  Sue.  What  a  tale!-‐  the  plane  falling  out  of  the  sky,  and  her  subsequent  hunt  for  her  dogs.  Couldn't  stop  listening.

Suggestions  for  improvement:  I  don't  know  if  this  was  intentional,  but  the  edits  particularly  in  the  Sue  piece  were  audible,  and  I  found  that  distracting.  Also,  I  didn't  think  the  sound  effects  worked  (too  predictable  or  infrequent?).  That  said,  I  stuck  with  the  whole  story.

I  wasn't  able  to  listen  to  the  third  entry.  Doesn't  look  like  there's  audio  on  it  -‐  comments  suggest  others  had  problems  too.
