I am happy to provide this letter of reference for Ms. Cindy Hall. I have worked with Cindy during her tenure at our Danville, IL plant. Cindy’s responsibilities included, but were not limited to, hazardous material shipment preparation and also emergency response.
Cindy took her role in hazmat transportation very seriously and completed all required regulatory training required by law as well as company sponsored training for emergency response procedures. This is not a typical role for someone who works in customer service and distribution. Cindy eagerly tackled all the issues and did so with a positive attitude. She has excellent SAP skills in the sales and distribution end. She also went further by learning how to view the hazmat information in the SAP system to troubleshoot issues as they arose. I could rely on Cindy to point out errors in the system so they could be corrected by the appropriate people with authorization to do so.
Cindy is an excellent employee and was always courteous and confident when dealing with colleagues and customers alike. She will make it her business to learn and do what is needed for her role in the company. I highly recommend her and know she will be an asset to the company.
